Introducing Cargo Declaration Fee (CDD)
The implementation of the Turkey Advanced Manifest Regulation represents a considerable increase in costs to Seago Line. As a result Seago Line will introduce a Cargo Data Declaration Fee of EUR 20 / USD 25 per Bill of Lading for shipments that are loading to a vessel on or after 15th January 2012 to be discharged or in transit at Turkish ports. The currency applied to the Cargo Data Declaration will be the same as the ocean freight.
