Novorossiysk Terminal Handling Charge
We hereby would like to inform you that effective 1st January, 2012 Seago Line shall increase the Terminal Handling Charge (THC) in the Port of Novorossiysk, Russia due to increase in terminal costs.
The revised THC quantum is as follows and applies to Novorossiysk import and export cargoes for both dry and reefers containers gated in on/after 1st January, 2012:
DRY cargo: new THC will be USD 300 per container
REEF cargo: new THC will be USD 370 per container
